Smiling always radiates positive energy, just think about when someone smiles at you, no matter what mood you’re in you can’t help but get a warm feeling that makes you feel good and smile back at them.
We believe everyone can smile more, especially in these uncertain times it is more important than ever, so why not start with yourself? Every morning before you get out of bed give the biggest, cheesiest smile to yourself and let it fill your whole body up from your head to your toes. It will make you feel ready for the day ahead and ready to tackle whatever life is going to throw at you. To really make an extra positive difference to your day the first time you see yourself in the mirror (or that horrible moment when you’ve left your front camera on) smile at yourself and really mean it- you can do this while doing your morning affirmations or if that isn’t your thing then just a meaningful smile will be perfect.
You’ve made your morning positive, but why stop there when you can help those around you? We’re challenging you to make sure you smile at the first five people you see each day and to really mean it. We know that with the current situation it can be hard to see people some days so on those days send a text or give someone a call that is guaranteed to make them smile too. These super simple things can bring so much happiness and positivity to you and those around you; and you never know just how much of a difference a simple smile could make to someone’s day.
